Fat Twat Tore out injured for 5 weeks.
Summer loan  signing Gokhan Tore is injured and out of action for at least five weeks.

The Turk has suffered a quadriceps muscles problem which affects the thigh and we were told he will be out for a minimum of five weeks.

It was also explained to ClaretandHugh by our regular inside sources that the club doesn’t have the option to send him back to Turkey in January.
The club can do so with Simone Zaza but although the Irons have been unhappy with what they have seen of Tore the only way he could return would be via a mutually arranged agreement with Besiktas.

The club forked out a £2.5 million loan fee for Tore which has already been paid but that won’t stop them attempting to negotiate a return to Turkey as January approaches.

Meanwhile there is a 50-50 chance that Diafra Sakho could return to the squad next weekend as well as Aaron Cresswell.

I feel sorry for a player who with the greatest of respect was always going to struggle as he was never all that good, but has been made better in our minds simply by our gaffers wish to bring him in.

Anything the Medical Team can do to make it 5 MONTHS instead of weeks?

Sounds like a fake injury. I bet this is about getting his head straight and the club deciding whether to send him back now. Could be more to this than meets the eye.

Tore the Norwegain coatstand and Zaza are a combination of shite or pedestrian - either way unsuited to the league

Took about 20 minutes to see that in a friendly with the first two

But still, give them a chance to settle in, cant make snap judgements and who are we to make such observations when the manager and recruitment specialists wanted them?

Or so goes most of WHO

Still waiting then?

The entire squad look unfit - instead of of a piss up the other week I'd have had the lazy bastards doing laps of the london stadium untill the fuckers could only crawl off.

Don't think Zaza would be happy being sent back to Turkey. It s abroad though.

We could do with Nolan's leadership now to be honest

getting sent off twice in the space of a month during a relegation battle is precisely what we need, yes

Could not agree more.

He's as bad as Faubert, and that's really bad.

Infidel, I see what you're saying, but starting Tore against Middlesbrough was such an obvious, blatant mistake, it defied belief he made it.

Leadership?

Nolan ran around with his fists balled up and his chest puffed out but bottled all the crucial tackles.

I remember that goal Gomis scored against us from a corner - Nolan was marking him and just stood and watched as Gomis jumped and headed the ball home. Nolan is a coward.

Eddie B

Bilic wants to win games. He wouldn't play Tore ahead of better options (Feghouli, Lanzini) unless he thought it would improve the team.

But sometimes you wonder what these managers see that we don't. We can see how woeful Tore is - fat, slow, a poor first touch, constantly giving the ball away - but Bilic sees something else.

We had it before with Nolan and Fat Sam, Pardew and Dailly.

Is there a disease called 'Football Manager Blindness'?

Our luck is beginning to turn ?

Just need an injury to Adrian, Kouyate, Zaza and Nordveidt now ;-)

Re: Fat Turk Tore out injured for 5 weeks.
Cos it's the classic thing. He's Bilic's player, so he has to keep playing him, even if it means playing him in front of better options.

the Irons have been unhappy with what they have seen of Tore

Really? Then why did Bilic keep playing him?
